Debbie Trottier Owner

All About Imports should really be called All About Debbie. She is the backbone of the company and keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. She uses her extensive human resources and corporate management training to facilitate all the “behind the scenes” tasks. She has plenty of industry knowledge and has been known to diagnose a car or two over the phone.  In her spare time Debbie is a children’s book author having been published several times.

Terry Tull Technician

Terry comes to us with over 25 years experience as a Factory Trained Volkswagon/Audi Dealer Technician.  With Terry’s guidance over the last 2 years  we have successfully made the transition into the world of VW/Audi maintenance and servicing.  Terry is an avid photographer and cyclist in his spare time.

Chelsea Lowry Technician

Chelsea has completed her apprenticeship with All About Imports and is now in the final stage prepping for her License Examination.  She has been known to sport some  very fashionable head attire,  from the coolest toques in the winter to  a motorcycle hemet in the summertime arriving on her fully decked out Honda 750 Shadow.  In her spare time she pit crews for an up and comer drift race team.

David Pecnik Service Advisor

David can be found at front counter as Service Advisor.  David brings with him an automotive background as both an enthusiast and a certified “car guy” having completed his Motive Power Technician Certification at Niagara College.   At some point you’ll probably see his 66 Dodge Monaco  gracing our parking lot during summer hours.  His spare time is spent restoring his 66 Dodge Monaco.
